Motorbike Shipping


Although we will be happy to assist in the shipping arrangements of motorbikes, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please call the store for additional details. 


Phone Orders

We encourage you to call with questions about fit, fabric, or production. If you prefer to order by phone, please call us between the hours of 12pm- 5pm EST Monday-Sunday.

Paypal Orders

There is an additional 4% fee for all Paypal orders. Please choose your shipping option before sending your Paypal request. We will send you a PayPal invoice within 24 hours (one business day) of receiving your request.

Pre-ordering

For pre-ordered items, funds are transferred in full the moment your transaction is processed. Payment in full is required to secure your item, much like a concert ticket. You will receive an invoice via email once the transaction is processed. We will send you a second email within one business day confirming your purchase, your secured item, and the estimated delivery time for your item.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY


14 Day Exchange + Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date your order was received.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Before returning an item, please email us at shop@smithbutler. In your email please provide: 1. Include Name, Email Address + Contact info 2. Include Invoice Number 3. Include Product information 4. Reason for Return. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used or display visible signs of use. Upon your returned products, we will extend a store credit or exchange, or issue a refund via your original method of payment. Initial shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to be issued.

Unauthorized Returns:

All authorized returns will have NO restocking fee.  Any unauthorized returns may be refused or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.



Defective Merchandise:

If the product you receive is defective, please contact us within 3 days, we also recommend that you email pictures for our reference. Defective items will not be accepted back for return or exchange after the 3 days.


Gift Returns & Exchanges:

Contact shop@smithbutler.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns and/or Store Credit will be issued.
